Cutting-edge Desktop-related Development Projects

There are a large number of rather interesting cutting edge Desktop related development projects underway that Novell is taking a leading role in. Since some of them seem not to get noticed - this talk is an attempt to rectify that.

We will cover in a broad brush-stroke fashion (in no particular order):

• Mono - details and demos.
• The Hula project - just another groupware piece ?
• fspot - user-friendly photo management.
• beagle - finding yourself is passe.
• iFolder3 - file sharing on steriods.

Hopefully I'll find some spare bits on random disks to demo too: something to offend everyone.
